Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the RV inspection, repair, and maintenance services provided by Elite RV Repair - Mobile Services ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the customer ("Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional RV inspection, diagnostic, and repair services, including but not limited to:

  • RV Inspections: Comprehensive evaluations of RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, roofing, appliances, slide outs, and leveling systems.

  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Troubleshooting and repair of RV plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, roofing, exterior components, slide outs, and leveling systems.

  • Maintenance: Routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of RV systems.

Services are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard tools and high-quality parts tailored to your RV’s needs.

2. Service Requests and Scheduling

  • Request Process: Clients may request services via our website, phone, or email. A detailed description of the RV and issues must be provided.

  • Scheduling: We will confirm service appointments and provide estimated completion times. Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted with notice.

  • Access: Client must provide access to the RV and any necessary information or documentation to facilitate services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Service fees will be provided in a written estimate prior to work commencing. Estimates are based on the scope of services requested and may be adjusted if additional issues are identified.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services, refundable only if services are canceled by us.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Client must provide accurate details about the RV, including make, model, and condition, to ensure proper service delivery.

  • Safe Environment: Client must ensure the RV is in a safe, accessible location for technicians to perform services.

  • Approvals: Client must approve any additional work or costs identified during diagnostics before work proceeds.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship: We warrant our services to be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any issues with workmanship will be addressed at no additional cost within 60 days of payment, provided the Client’s account is current and not delinquent. This warranty is void if payment is overdue.

  • Parts: Parts installed during repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. We do not guarantee parts not supplied by us.

  • Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of use or property damage, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Client Property: While we take care to protect your RV, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not related to our services.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel services with 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50.

  • Refunds: Refunds for incomplete services are at our discretion and may be subject to a deduction for work performed or costs incurred.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat all Client information, including RV details and personal data, as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform services or comply with legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client fails to comply with this Agreement, including payment obligations.

  • The RV’s condition poses a safety risk to our technicians.

  • Client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

In such cases, Client remains responsible for payment for services rendered.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

11. Amendments

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated Agreement will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
